The exact birth time is crucial because the Ascendant changes approximately every 2 hours, and the Moon moves through a sign in about 2.5 days. Even a few minutes difference can affect house placements and aspects, making your reading less accurate.

What is a natal chart?

A natal chart (also called birth chart) is a celestial snapshot of the sky at your exact moment and place of birth. It shows the positions of the Sun, Moon, planets, and important points in the 12 zodiac signs and houses, revealing insights about your personality, strengths, challenges, and life path.

How accurate are natal chart calculations?

Our calculations use NASA-grade ephemeris data with precision under 0.01 degrees. We account for your exact birth coordinates (latitude and longitude) for maximum accuracy. The more precise your birth data, the more accurate your chart interpretation will be.

What if I don't know my exact birth time?

If you don't know your exact birth time, you can still generate a chart using noon as the default time. However, the Ascendant and house positions won't be accurate. We recommend checking your birth certificate or hospital records for the exact time.

Can I access past horoscopes?

Yes! Premium subscribers can access horoscope archives from the past 30 days. This allows you to review past predictions and see how planetary influences manifested in your life.

How does love compatibility analysis work?

Our compatibility analysis uses synastry, comparing two complete natal charts. We analyze aspects between your planets and your partner's, examining emotional harmony (Moon-Moon), attraction (Venus-Mars), communication (Mercury aspects), and long-term potential (Saturn aspects).

How do I update my birth data?

Go to your Dashboard, select the Profile tab, and click 'Change birth data'. You can update your birth date, time, and location. Your natal chart will be automatically recalculated with the new information.

Can I change the language of my horoscopes?

Yes! Our service supports multiple languages. You can change your preferred language in profile settings, and all horoscopes will be generated in that language.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account through profile settings. This will permanently remove all your data including birth information, saved charts, and horoscope history. Active subscriptions should be cancelled first.

Is my personal data secure?
